Random alerts from vCOPS

I keep getting loads of emails from vCOPS such as:

Alert was cancelled
at Thu Jun 19 10:20:33 BST 2014:

Info:High number of metrics outside their normal bounds: 70 abnormal metrics out of 396 metrics monitored.

I have no idea where these are configured exactly and how I can stop them.

Any advice would be appreciated.
