We've been working with support for months now on getting VCOPs 5.7.1 to send alerts to SMARTS, and we're having no luck. Since this is a standard adapter I assumed it would work easily. Has anyone gotten this to work? We can consume data from SMARTS with no issues, but we cannot send alerts to SMARTS. This was pretty simple back in VCOPs v1.
