Unable to open vCops Homepage

Hi,

last week, i saw the following error while opening vcops homepage

"Error Message: org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Cannot open connection"

After rebooting the vapp it works as before.

But today, the issue remains and i have the same message.

Custom Website is starting. But Login is not possible.

web.log shows ldap sync errors.

Any ideas in how to fix it?
