Just deployed vROPs to our environment in addition to having vCOPs (for a bit longer). I've gotta say other than the silly name this product is a great step in the right direction. Far less clunky than vCOPs. We are licensed for vCOPs Standard edition. We're using vsphere 5.5.
The Management Pack for Storage Devices addition sounds like a great way to monitor storage end to end. Does anybody know what editions of vROPs that this management pak can be installed on? I have a bad feeling it is Advanced and Ent.
