vROps REST API SSL Certificate Problem

Hi,

For a while, I'm trying to reach REST API via Powershell but got the following error. I did most of the things which said on the blogs. Has anyone faced this problem before? Powershell is the right way to do this? Can VMware Support help me about the problem?
