Cannot connect to vCOPS (from Web Client)

on myfarm,from the webclient, the frame Healthreports the error: Can not connect tovCenter Operations. etc..

Apparentlyit all works, buton every objectI getthis error. Can yougive me someuseful suggestiontosolve it?
