Hi hoping some one can provide some assistance with some SCOM MP issues we are facing.
vROPS version - 6.0.1
SCOM MP version - 4.0.2545592
We have the management pack installed and configured correctly and have seen *some* alerts being generated against objects in the past, however our SCOM administrator has seen alerts generated in SCOM that have not been picked up by the SCOM management pack.
Interestingly these missed alerts have been picked up by our vSphere adapter monitoring the same infrastructure.
Intermittently the Collection Status of the pack will change to either 'None' indicated by a blue symbol or 'Duplicate' indicated by a red symbol.
Restarting the management pack does not change the situation nor does stopping and starting individual objects.
Upon consulting the scom adapter log file we see constant errors see below:
