vRealize Operations for View 6.0 (Empty)

I recently installed the new vROPS 6.1. I just add new Managment Packs.

My problem is that when i go to Environment> Horizon View. It's empty. I followed all the instructions of different documents but still doesn't work.

I install the Adapter , create the instance , install the Broker Agent and the Desktop Agent too.
