vCOPs Report Generated and emailed not from a scheduled report

I am receiving a vCOPs report from somewhere. I looked at the Reports Tab and checked to make sure there is no scheduled report configured and nothing there. Where else can a vCOPs report be generated and emailed?

I don't need that report so I want it to stop from emailing me the report.
