Errors when trying to add the Management Pack for Storage Devices EMC

Hi every One

i download the pak file from this link Storage Analytics Download | EMC

i give this error  PAK MANAGER: PAK file emc-vcops-adapter-3.4.0-build-167379.pak is not in zip format.

the extention file is .pak

My vRealize operation Manager version is enterprise.

please help me
