vROPS 6.2 - Questions after botched Horizon plugin upgrade

Yesterday, I was working on a vROPS instance and directly updated a Horizon 6.0.x plugin to the Horizon 6.2 plugin in a non-production environment.  I did not realize that this upgrade path was not supported when it was done, and we were able to repair the initial issues by removing the configured Horizon and vCenter adapters, the license, and then reinstalling the Horizon 6.2 plugin with the overwrite content option selected.

Prior to opening a ticket with VMware support, I wanted to ask if anyone had seen these issues before.

1.  Licensing does not appear to be working correctly.  I've configured the licensing for the Horizon Solution per the documentation, and its not putting hosts and VMs into the correct license group.  Is there a way to fix this, or should I just open a ticket?

2. After reconfiguring the vCenter adapter, some of the dashboards aren't displaying data.  The dashboards with the issue are the vSphere Hosts Overview, vSphere VMs Memory, vSphere VMs CPU, and vSphere VMs Disk and Network.  They are also not displaying Top 25 information.  These are the built-in dashboards configured out of the box, and we have tested this with the built-in Admin account to verify that this isn't a vCenter permissions issue.  I have also verified that it is collecting data, and I can see operational metrics and alerts when I browse to the items under Environment -> All Objects.  How do I fix these dashboards?

3.  The Horizon plugin is not detecting all of my desktop pools.  Is there a way to force rediscovery?
