I'm setting up VCM for the first time and have some questions about the permissions for the administrative accounts. The admin and service accounts should be alright if setup as domain users with local admin permissions. The questions I've got are related to the VCM network authority account. According to the install doc on page 11, this account may need to be setup as a domain administrator. Is this necessary? Is there any functionality lost if this account only has local admin permissions?
