Hi,
I've got 2 VCM instances in the lab where Windows bulletins don't appear in the console. Linux bulletins downloaded correctly but when I click "Check for update" in the Windows bulletins section the job finishes with the following error:

Proxy Settings:
Proxy:10.0.0.3:84
ProxyUser:domain\user
AccessType:3
Error Details:(0)
DBE displays the same message.
It failes when trying to download this file:

a)This doesn't occur for Linux content.
b) I can download the file via IE using the same proxy settings
Any ideas?
