Setup a multi-level alert for virtual machines that alerts when workload and stress are > ##% due to cpu or memory. Want to see if possible to exclude a single virtual machine from triggering this alert without hard coding exclusion in multi-level-alert-rules.xml. Found a VM that continues to trigger this alert. App team is aware and making plans to resolve but in meantime, do not want this alert to be generated to on call support. Using MIB file and SNMP for alerting. Thanks for any help. vCOPS 5.8.
