Unable to register a vCenter

Hi all,

in myfarm (which already includestwentyvCenter) I'm trying torecord a newVC. Unfortunately,I always getthe same error"Connection to ...https://XXXX/sdkfailed"by the adminofvCOPS.

Thepingto and fromtheVMVCOPSis OK, even telnetto port 80and443 of thevCenteris OK.

I triedwith the userandadministratorof the VCwitha new user, but nothing.

I alsotriedthe suggestionsin this guidehttp://rafaelcamison.wordpress.com/tag/vcenter-operations-manager/, but nothing.

Any suggestions?The version is5.7.2(vApp)
