We (Blue Medora) are considering development of a Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop focused Management Pack for vCOPs. The scope of the monitoring will include both native monitoring of XenApp / XenDesktop metrics via Powershell, WMI and other interfaces as well as possibly an alternative"connector" mode that connects directly to Citrix EdgeSight and Desktop Director to pull metrics.
