vcops-vsphere redirects to vcops-custom

So https://10.0.x.y/vcops-vsphere has suddenly started redirecting to https://10.0.x.y/vcops-custom.  I have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome with the same results.  I have also tried it on 3 different PCs with the same results.  I am running 5.8.0 Build 1448123.  I have stopped & started the services multiple times and how shutdown/restarted the vApp multiple times with no change in results.
