I was hoping to see if anyone has recently used this tool to configure customize email alerting?

Seems like I have followed all the steps but some reason I am not receiving emails. I do not have this issue when I use vROps UI to configure alerts. Seems like there is a bug reported by other users but not sure if anyone was able to find a workaround.
